Vijayaveedhi is a popular project in Kerala which is part of the State Government's 100 Day Action Plan and is being implemented at the Panchayat level as per Government of Kerala Order No. G.O. (Rt) No.1103/2020/ID, Dated Thiruvananthapuram 24-12-2020 formulated by the Department of Commerce and Industry. Training to select candidates for vacancies in State / Central Government Institutions to enable them to appear for competitive examinations conducted by PSC, UPSC, Banking Service Recruitment Board, Railway Recruitment Board, Staff Selection Commission etc. The project aims to cater to everyone, both urban and rural, at minimal cost.
Vijayaveedhi Training Centers will be sanctioned in one panchayat, three in municipalities and seven in corporations. Individuals with existing institutions and new entrepreneurs can apply for Vijayaveedhi Learning Centers. Applications can be submitted by Colleges, Schools, Parallel colleges, Akshaya e-centers, Women's co-operative societies, Trust-owned institutions, Partnerships, Other individual institutions and New entrepreneurs. Permission for VTC can be obtained on the basis of scrutiny of applications and direct scrutiny by the concerned officials. Priority will be given in allocating study centers to women, transgender people, persons with disabilities and expatriates who have lost their jobs due to the covid crisis.
The application form embedded in the website can be completed online or the application form can be downloaded and submitted by post. One thousand seven hundred and seventy rupees (Rs.1,770.00, non-refundable rate) including the inspection fee of Rs.1500 / - and 18% tax along with the application. The application should be submitted along with the details of the transfer of the amount after payment to the account of Kerala State Rutronix contained in the application form.
If the institutions are present, that information should be included in the application. For new entrepreneurs, it is sufficient to include the location and building where the Vijayaveedhi Training Center is intended to be set up.

2. Existing companies and new entrepreneurs can apply. If approved, the applicant will be required to arrange the basic facilities as stated on the fourth page of the application form.
